Forrest Vibes
Forrest Vibes is a couple and family getaway resort in Dehradun, set in the forest with cottages, a pool, an in-house restaurant and organic food. The website lets guests explore the resort and book a stay. Visitors pick arrival and departure dates and the number of guests, browse four room types (Rose, Iris, Lily and Daisy) with price per night, capacity and bed details, and reserve or send an enquiry. The site also covers the pool, dining, how to reach the resort by road, rail and air, nearby places such as Rishikesh, Haridwar, Mussoorie and Rajaji National Park, along with a blog, testimonials, special offers and newsletter signup.

The problem
A resort in a quiet forest location depends on guests finding it online, trusting the experience and booking directly. Relying only on travel portals means paying commission and losing control over how the property is presented. The resort needed its own website that shows the rooms and surroundings clearly, helps guests check dates and prices, explains how to get there, and brings direct room bookings and enquiries.
Goals
- Present the resort’s forest setting, pool and amenities attractively
- Show room types with photos, capacity and price per night
- Let guests start a booking with arrival date, departure date and guests
- Collect direct room bookings and enquiries without a middleman
- Explain how to reach the resort and what to see nearby
- Rank for couple getaway and resort searches in Dehradun
- Build trust with clear contact details and guest reviews
Solution & implementation
I built the Forrest Vibes website with Next.js and a booking-focused home page. A date and guest selector sits in the hero so visitors can begin a reservation straight away. Dedicated sections present the pool, the room collection with detail pages, the restaurant, travel directions and a guide to nearby attractions. Rooms, about, blog and contact pages are separate for easy navigation, and an Inquire Now button stays visible across the site. The site uses optimised images, SEO-ready titles and descriptions for resort searches, a responsive layout, a newsletter signup and a WhatsApp chat button.
