Ritvana Trek
Ritvana Trek organises small-batch Himalayan treks across Himachal Pradesh, led by local guides, with groups capped at 12 trekkers. The website lists treks such as Yulla Kanda, Prashar Lake and Sangla Kanda, plus tours. It explains booking in four simple steps, shares trust points like local guides, acclimatisation-first routes and sorted permits, and includes a photo gallery, trek guides in the blog, customer reviews, FAQs and a cancellation policy.

The problem
Trekking customers want to know who they are travelling with, how safe the trek is and how booking works before they pay an advance. The company needed a website that builds this trust, presents its treks clearly and makes it easy to ask questions. The owner also needed a site that could be updated without a developer whenever new batches or treks are added.
Goals
- List treks and tours clearly
- Explain the booking process in simple steps
- Build trust with guides, safety and group-size details
- Show real trail photos in a gallery
- Collect enquiries through WhatsApp and forms
- Publish trek guides to attract search traffic
- Answer FAQs and show the cancellation policy
- Keep the site easy for the owner to update
Solution & implementation
I built the site on WordPress using Elementor and the Astra theme, which makes content easy to edit. The home page includes a trek finder, a clear booking process, key reasons to trek with the company, a gallery, blog highlights, reviews and FAQs. Dedicated pages cover treks, tours, about, gallery, blog and contact. WhatsApp buttons appear across the site so visitors can enquire instantly, and the layout is responsive for mobile travellers.
