The home page shows a breaking news ticker, trending stories, live updates and category sections. It also supports video news posts, a live TV page, blog content, push notifications through OneSignal and Google AdSense for revenue.

The problem
A news website publishes dozens of stories every day, so it needs a fast, easy publishing workflow and a layout that keeps the latest stories visible. The channel also needed to organise news by state and topic, keep readers coming back with notifications, and earn revenue through ads, all without needing technical help for daily posting.

Solution & implementation
I built the portal on WordPress with Elementor and a news-focused theme. The home page combines a breaking news ticker, big stories, live updates, trending lists and category blocks for states, politics, sports and entertainment. Editors can publish text and video stories directly from the dashboard. OneSignal push notifications, AdSense placements and a live TV page were integrated, and the site is optimised for mobile readers.
